| Fantastic work on the fundraising front very overwelmed by all the love people! £300 mark has come and gone next target is £600 pounds which with the money I've been pledged off line isn't too far off now!Running is going well did 30:04 in the Luton 5mile a couple of weeks ago, still not dusted down the mountain bike and although lots of paddling was done at the Milton Keynes Dragon Boat Race I'm still concerned about my canoing ability. |
